1. Order Processing and Delivery
1.1. Astrozalak ensures that all products and services are delivered promptly and in excellent condition.
1.2. Orders once placed shall be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
1.3. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the product type, location, and courier availability. Delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are beyond Astrozalak’s control.
1.4. The products sold by Astrozalak — including but not limited to Bracelets, Siddh Rudraksha, Murti Yantras, Anklets, Frames, Zodiac Collections, Karungali, Combos, Pyrite, Kavach, Diddh Range, Gemstones, Pyramids, Pendants, Towers & Tumbles, Premium Rudraksha, Women Bracelets, Evil Eye, etc. — are all spiritual or handcrafted items that may have slight variations in size, color, and design. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched or moved to the “processing” stage. Once an order has been processed, customized, energized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2.2. To cancel an order before dispatch, the User must contact our customer support within 1 (one) hour of placing the order.
2.3. Cancellation requests received after the order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment shall not be entertained.
2.4. Astrozalak reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases such as:
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Inaccurate pricing or listing error
- Payment not received or payment verification issues
- Order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent
In such cases, the full amount (if paid) shall be refunded to the customer.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. No refund shall be processed once a product has been dispatched, customized, or energized as per the user’s personal details (such as name, birth details, zodiac sign, etc.).
3.2. No refund shall be processed for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer during the order. Customers must review all entered details before confirming payment.
3.3. If the user provides a wrong contact number, address, or fails to receive the delivery, Astrozalak shall not be responsible for refund or replacement.
3.4. For any order cancelled before dispatch (and accepted by Astrozalak), the refund will be processed after deduction of payment gateway and transaction charges, if applicable.
3.5. In cases where the payment was made multiple times for the same order due to a system error, Astrozalak shall refund the excess amount in full after verification.
3.6. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. Astrozalak ensures strict quality checks before dispatch.
4.2. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video as proof.
4.3. After review, Astrozalak may issue a replacement or credit note at its discretion.
4.4. No refund or replacement shall be issued without proper verification or if the product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Due to their spiritual and energized nature, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once dispatched or energized:
- Energized Siddh Rudraksha, Gemstones, Yantras, Kavach, Murti Yantras, Pyramids, and Evil Eye products.
- Personalized or customized astrological items prepared as per individual details.
- Any product damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. All services, gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual products sold by Astrozalak are meant for spiritual, religious, and personal belief purposes only.
6.2. Astrozalak makes no guarantees regarding the outcome, effect, or efficacy of any astrological remedy or spiritual item.
6.3. The User acknowledges that purchase and usage of such items are done voluntarily and at their own discretion.
