Metro cities: 3–6 working days
Other areas: 5–10 working days
Customized or energized items may take an additional 2–3 days for preparation and puja.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, which you can use to track your order status on our courier partner’s website.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been energized, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order is processed or dispatched.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment or order cancellation before dispatch.
